Born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area, and now residing in Atlanta, Georgia, Muhammad Erchid graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in International Studies before obtaining his J.D. degree with Honors from Emory Law School.After practicing at a boutique firm specializing in securities and real estate law in the heart of Atlanta, Muhammad decided to join forces with his brother, Omar Erchid, to open the Atlanta office of the Erchid Law Firm.

Muhammad has a breadth of experience in the private offering space forming funds and special purpose vehicles under regulation D, and also has a unique skillset in structuring shariah compliant offerings. Real estate is often the target asset of his client’s investment vehicles, which has made him well-versed in real estate transactions as well.

The sons of a small business owner who began his journey in the U.S. as a fry cook, both Omar and Muhammad know the value of integrity and hard work. The Erchid Law Firm stands by the principle that “charity does not decrease wealth,” and is always eager to give back to a generous community whether it be supporting local refugees, mentoring pre-law students, or providing free legal trainings. In his spare time, Muhammad enjoys competitively training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, scuba diving, laser engraving, and spending time with family.
