Born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area, Omar Erchid graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Journalism before obtaining his J.D. degree from The Florida State University College of Law. After practicing with an eminent real property law firm in the state capital, Mr. Erchid decided to return home to begin his own practice.

With years of experience in the realm of real estate, Mr. Erchid has developed a reputation for excellence, high performance, and innovation. The son of small business owners, Omar knows the value of a hard day’s work and brings that same grit to the representation of our clients.

Mr. Erchid serves as a mentor for pre-law and law students in the local community and provides trainings for real estate professionals on navigating the legal scene during transactions. In his spare time, Omar enjoys spending time with family, outdoor sports, and reading.

Mr. Erchid is also the founder of TitleTown Closing Group, a full-service title, escrow and settlement agency that closes real estate transactions all over the State of Florida.
