Roza is an accomplished civil litigator and the Founding President of the Tampa Arab and Muslim Bar Association (TAMBA). With a background in global economics and political science, she brings a sophisticated understanding of legal systems, public policy, and economic structures to every matter she handles.

A graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law (2021), she has quickly built a reputation for fearless advocacy both in state and federal courts. Her work includes complex litigation such as her federal lawsuit against FINRA—the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority relating to fraud affecting small penny-stock investors, as well as litigation involving the Governor of Florida. Her results-driven approach has led to numerous victories for her clients. Notably, she successfully obtained double the market value of a parcel of land for a client who had been targeted with a fraudulent lawsuit, turning a defensive case into a significant win.

Beyond her courtroom accomplishments, Roza is deeply committed to community service and empowerment. She serves on the board of 200 Muslim Women Who Care, volunteers with The Spring of Tampa Bay, a domestic violence shelter, and proudly contributes to both the Tampa and Chicago communities through her legal work and advocacy. She also serves as Vice President of TitleTown, where she helps guide legal strategy and client service through a community-centered approach.
